Getting to Know Rick Ungar
Rick Ungar has been in the real estate industry since 1970 with experience in both residential and commercial transactions, including construction, sales, finance, and property management. His experience in the mortgage industry as both a loan officer and office manager for a national
wholesale lender gives him valuable insight into the financing guidelines and loan programs required to obtain the funds that are often needed to complete a purchase.
Rick holds a California Real Estate Broker's license and is a
member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors,
California Association of Realtors, and the San Diego Association
of Realtors. He has proudly earned the designations of "Certified
REO Specialist", "Certified Short Sale Professional", "Certified
Distressed Property Expert", and has been awarded the title of
"San Diego Magazine Five Star Best in Client Service Real
Estate Agent" in 2009 and again in 2010 which is given to only
7% of the local agents. He was appointed to the Keller Williams
Associate Leadership Council in 2010.
